Dan, a kibbutznik, and his deeply religious brother, Aaron, a distinguished lawyer based in New York, meet in Israel after many years of estrangement. The conflict between the two brothers reflects a society torn between its religious and political principles. This film reveals an essential debate on the question of the separation of state and religion in Israel.
