Creative Aging is not just about creative expression; it’s about living life to the fullest, celebrating individuality, fostering connections, and embracing the joy of lifelong learning. Creative Aging fosters a welcoming environment for all individuals to live their best lives through learning new skills, keeping active, and most importantly, socializing. Below is registration for all Creative Aging programs.

Mandel JCC Destinations

For active, curious adults, Mandel JCC Destinations is a thoughtfully curated travel program that brings culture, discovery, and the arts to life. We take care of every detail
so you can simply arrive, travel in comfort, and enjoy the experience.

PrimeTime Wellness Club

The Primetime Wellness Club at the Mandel JCC is a twice-monthly program designed for active adults who want to stay sharp, strong, and socially connected. Each session includes guided movement, a healthy lunch, and fun, engaging activities that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being – all in a warm, welcoming
community setting.

Lunch Plus

Lunch Plus is an opportunity for individuals ages 60 and over as well as adults with disabilities to socialize, learn, explore and enjoy a Kosher lunch together. Through interactive programming, we help foster relationships and strengthen bonds between and among generations – reducing isolation and loneliness while increasing self-esteem and connectedness.  For calendars and menus, click below.

Spend a full day at the historic Chautauqua Institution, a 750-acre lakeside community dedicated to arts, education, and cultural exploration. Highlights include a keynote lecture by filmmaker Ken Burns and an afternoon musical performance featuring Chautauqua Chamber Music: Ruckus with violinist Keir GoGwilt. Walking level: Moderate. Three kosher meals provided. Bus ride approximately 2 hours.

Join us for the presentation “Plants at War,” which reveals the often overlooked role of plants during World War I and II. The presentation highlights how botany and horticulture supported wartime efforts through victory gardens, battlefield medicine, and everyday community involvement; helping sustain morale, heal the wounded, and promote peace.
