Martin Fletcher, one of the most respected foreign correspondents in television news, has had an enviable journalism career that has spanned more than three decades. Stationed in Tel Aviv, Israel, as NB C News Bureau Chief, the five-time Emmy award winning journalist has covered virtually every global conflict. His career has brought him right into the heart of some of the most dangerous and tragic situations, forcing him to try to keep his humanity while still being an objective reporter. The conflicts Fletcher faced and his family's Holocaust history are explored in his newest book: Breaking News. Fletcher gives readers a gripping, behind-the-scenes memoir that has been called "stunning and memorable" and "a great and moving read."
