A High-level Workout for Dedicated Swimmers

The J's Master Swimming program strikes a healthy balance between training, fitness, improved stroke technique and fun. We can help improve technique and efficiency for anyone from fitness swimmers to competitive pool and open water swimmers to first-time and seasoned triathletes.

An Advanced Workout for Dedicated Swimmers

Under the direction of The J’s Masters Swimming coach Laura Wright, classes consist of workouts and interval training tailored to each swimmer’s ability and goals. You will learn to be a more efficient and advanced swimmer while improving your strokes.

Take the Plunge

Join this vibrant community of like-minded swimmers. Whether you want to get a full-body workout, improve your skills or train for competition, we are certain that you will love this program.

Classes are held Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings and registration is by month.

Swimmers can attend as guests to try out the program by contacting Sue Skuza at 216-593-6208.
