American Red Cross Certified Lessons - Infant to Adult

The Mandel JCC offers the best and most comprehensive American Red Cross swimming lessons in the area. Choose from a variety of private and small group swim classes for infants, preschoolers, children, adults and seniors. We offer a series of progressive swim classes for all ages that teach water acclimation, kicking, floating, treading, water safety skills, breathing techniques, strokes and more. For our youngest swimmers, the Mandel JCC offers Infant Swim & water survival classes starting at age 6 months. These Mommy and Me classes let parents help children get more comfortable in the water.

Private swim classes are based on instructor availability. All lessons are 1/2 hour. Small class sizes with a 4:1 student to teacher ratio. Instructors are American Red Cross certified water safety instructors.
