You will love this one-on-one personal training using water using weights, noodles and belts. Aquatics personal training is tailored to meet your fitness needs and goals. Join us for a motivating and powerful workout to enhance total body conditioning!

Meet Our Trainers


Charles Roberts 

Charles is a triathlete and recently completed his first Ironman. With his multidimensional approach to fitness, Charles has had great success working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Charles believes that true fitness is holistic, and that cardio, strength training and flexibility are all of equal importance. His goal is to strengthen your weaknesses and take you to levels of fitness you never believed you could reach. Charles is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified trainer, is working on a degree in exercise science.

Pauline Calabrese 

Pauline is a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute. She was a competitive gymnast, dancer, and softball player and has been a health and fitness advocate for 30 years. Pauline is skilled in program design and individual and group training for diverse clients, including special populations and musculoskeletal injuries. Her specialty is in circuit training with stability balls, bosu, medicine balls tubs and bands. She uses her knowledge in nutrition to encourage and educate her clients on supplements, hydration and healthy eating.

Adam Levine

Adam Levine graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. During his time at BGSU he became the Student Supervisor of Personal Training at the Student Recreation Center and taught Aqua Fit group exercise class. His passion for fitness began at an early age when he shed almost 85 lbs. In college he suffered a lower back injury, which helped him learn the finer points of the mechanics of the human spine, and sparked an interested in low-impact activities. Adam is also certified in TRX Suspension Training.
