You will love this one-on-one personal training using water using weights, noodles and belts. Aquatics personal training is tailored to meet your fitness needs and goals. Join us for a motivating and powerful workout to enhance total body conditioning!

Charles Roberts

Charles is a certified personal trainer through the National Institute of Sports Medicine (NISM). He also specializes in TRX Suspension Training and triathlon training. Charles believe training begins by strengthening the core – eliminating weaknesses and improving balance


Pauline Calabrese 


Pauline is a certified personal trainer through the National Institute of Personal Training (NIPT) and has an Aquatics ACPT Certification from Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA) Pauline designs tailored programs to meet clients' needs in aquatics personal training for Arthritis/Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, obesity, injury and rehabilitation water fitness. Adam Levine

Adam has a Bachelors of Science in Education and Human Development with focus in Exercise Science
Minor degree in Food Nutrition. He is a certified personal trainer and health fitness specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Adam specializes in aquatics personal training and triathlon training. Adam lost 100 pounds as a teen and really enjoy helping others change their lives for the better.
