All about our Day Camps
Why are our Day Camps So Special?
Welcome to Summer Day Camp at The Mandel JCC!
There is nothing like Camp! Summer Camp is making friends, learning to swim, playing sports, creating art projects, and hanging out with counselors who serve as role models to our campers are just a few of the amazing features you expect from camp. And that is what you experience at The Mandel JCC!
Rooted in the heart of our community, The Mandel JCC offers the area’s best and most well-rounded traditional day camping experience. Every summer, campers come to the Mandel JCC Day Camps to: improve their swimming abilities, perform on stage, enjoy canoeing and kayak on our beautiful lake, create arts and crafts projects, learn about nature on our hiking trails, improve their archery skills, splash around in our sprayground and compete in our structured athletic program that teaches skill development, sportsmanship, and team participation. Through our creative programs, an innovative curriculum and our special Shabbat celebrations every Friday, Judaism comes alive at camp.
Physical and emotional safety are primary for our camp professionals, educators and social workers who have over 90 years of combined experience. Along with our highly trained and caring staff, our high staff-to-camper ratio ensures individual attention, maximum participation and success for each child.
Please take a few moments to look through the website and familiarize yourself with our outstanding and innovative programs. Then contact us so we can help determine which program is best for your camper. We look forward to seeing you at camp!
