How do you motivate people to workout and how do you keep them engaged?
I love my students and I hope that yoga can enrich their lives, so they can live more mindfully and joyfully.

I had practiced yoga for 6 years and several yoga teachers had suggested that I should try becoming a teacher myself.

I began teaching yoga since 2004.

How do you motivate people to workout and how do you keep them engaged?
I think the passion I feel for yoga is contagious. My classes are about awareness and acceptance. 

What ’s your fitness philosophy? 
It’s all about health and happiness. Any exercise should make your life better, not worse

What advice do you have for people new to Yoga?
Understand that it’s a process and that it takes time, and a life practice, so enjoy!

Five or ten minutes a day is more effective than one hour, once a week.
