Course Description

S.T.A.R. is a strength training program designed for the aquatic environment. Participants will use a variety of equipment to target and tone specifi c muscle groups. Members will learn how to use different water equipment in the most effective and safe manner. The S.T.A.R. group will be limited to ensure more personalized attention.

Healthy Back
Participants are guided through a series of specially designed exercises to strengthen abdominal and back muscles. Abdominal muscle work in unison with lower back
muscles to stabilize the lower back. Led by a certifi ed aquatic trainer. Participants must be able to walk independently in the water.
