The Mandel JCC's state-of-the-art Fitness, Wellness and Recreation Department offers a comprehensive approach to fitness. The Mandel JCC welcomes all ages, races & religions and provides the tools for an active and healthy life.

We have over 60,000 square feet devoted to fitness and offer a variety of machines, classes and programs to match every member's interests, skills and abilities.

The Mandel JCC Offers:

  • JUMP START - An exhilarating, interactive program that will enable both new and renewing members to safely and effectively use the fitness center in its entirety. You will get a health risk & health age assessment with 3-D imaging software. 
  • Over 60 free group exercise classes including yoga, step aerobics, spinning, and Zumba® are offered to members each week in our three exercise studios
  • BRAND NEW Fitness center with more than 150 pieces of cardiovascular and strength training equipment
  • NEW Expanded gymnasium, indoor track, racquetball courts and outdoor tennis courts 
  • A separate fitness room for women only with cardio and strength training equipment and women-only swim hours
  • Personal training in a newly-renovated personal training studio
  • Indoor & outdoor swimming pools
  • While you exercise, have our certified staff watch your children in the Kid Kare babysitting  
  • Drop-in Gym (Labor Day through Memorial Day)
  • Birthday Parties & Pool Parties 
  • Sports & Fitness Programs for Children, Teens and Adults and The National Basketball Academy programs

  • Girls on the Run training program for girls in grades 3-8.

  • Family Power Hour: Is the Youth Fitness Area just not enough for your kids? Our Family Power Hour allows children ages 9 – 12 to utilize the adult cardio equipment during specified times with a parent or guardian present • Sundays 2-3 pm • Thursdays 7-8 pm • Click here for details
