There are strength in numbers and with more than 70 FREE weekly drop-in Group Fitness classes at The J, you are sure to find a class that meets your fitness needs and goals, along with the support of other members. From entry level to challenging, there is a class for every person and fitness level. No registration necessary. We are building community here at The J, one class at a time.
