Who could benefit from a personal trainer?
Our certified personal trainers have the professionalism and experience to help anyone regardless of their current level of fitness.

What benefit am I going to get from a personal training program?
The fact that you are reading this probably means that you are considering the benefits of working with a personal trainer. Our personal trainers will put together a program that will meet your needs, designed around your schedule and availability. We will help you take the guesswork out of your routine. With over 10 trainers on staff, we feel confident in our ability to help you find a trainer that works for you.

What types of programs are available for personal training?

  • We offer individual and semi-private personal training programs
    • Individual programs are geared for those who require and request one-on-one attention and focus
    • Semi-private personal training programs are geared for those seeking increased motivation, support from your peers, and increased accountability
    • Youth Personal Training
  • Get a JUMP START with a health risk & health age assessment with the Visual Fitness Planner and be led through two workout sessions with a certified personal trainer

What benefit am I going to get from a personal training program?

  • Discuss your current level of fitness and help you outline your goals
  • Devise a personalized regime to help you achieve your goals quickly and safely
  • Meet with you for a workout as little as once a month or as often as 4 times a week to keep you motivated and on track
  • Change your workouts and routine when necessary to give your body the variety it needs to help maximize your results
  • Each new and renewing member is eligible to participate in our JUMP START program
  • No matter what your age or fitness level, everyone can benefit from a personal trainer
