Swim Lessons

Girls/Womens Self Defense  Ages 8 - Adult   Sundays • 6:30 pm • Beginning Oct. 21 Learn quick, practical and easy self-defense skills, rolling and falling techniques and have fun. Click here for details.
Drop-in Gym Ages 0-5 Fridays 11:15 - 12 • Saturdays 12:15 - 2:15  FREE drop-in gym time for members and their kids to play basketball and participate in inflatables, toys and games. Click here for details.
Family Power Hour Ages 9-12  Sundays 2-3 pm • Thursdays 7-8 pm Is the Youth Fitness Area just not enough for your kids? Our Family Power Hour allows children ages 9 – 12 to utilize the adult cardio equipment during specified times with a parent or guardian present.
