| Swim Lessons |

| Girls/Womens Self Defense | Ages 8 - Adult | Sundays • 6:30 pm • Beginning Oct. 21 | Learn quick, practical and easy self-defense skills, rolling and falling techniques and have fun. Click here for details. |
| Drop-in Gym | Ages 0-5 | Fridays 11:15 - 12 • Saturdays 12:15 - 2:15 | FREE drop-in gym time for members and their kids to play basketball and participate in inflatables, toys and games. Click here for details. |
| Family Power Hour | Ages 9-12 | Sundays 2-3 pm • Thursdays 7-8 pm | Is the Youth Fitness Area just not enough for your kids? Our Family Power Hour allows children ages 9 – 12 to utilize the adult cardio equipment during specified times with a parent or guardian present. |
