The Mandel JCC Indoor Triathlon

An afternoon of Swimming, Cycling and Running for Casual Athletes, Families and Serious Triathletes. Adults and children – ages 10 and up – can join in the fun by competing individually or as a team. We are asking participants to help us continue to provide financial assistance to individuals and families in need.  We hope you will consider asking friends and family to sponsor your participation with a donation. Indoor Triathlon
• 15 minute swim, 10 minute transition
• 20 minute bike (spin bike), 5 minute transition
• 20 minute run (indoor track)
