Pilates Reformer Training
Reshape Your Entire Body Pilates is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk. The Pilates Reformer provides an integrated form of body conditioning that will affect your physical and mental well being. Small Group Reformer classes focus on a series of controlled movements that engage your body and mind, performed on a specifically designed exercise apparatus and supervised by certified Pilates instructors. Individual training is also available.
