Rich Zatta, Personal Training Manager
Rich has a BA science in Health and Physical education. He is NFPT certified personal training, and has over 13 years experience in fitness management. He is committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want assistance with a piece of equipment, have questions about your workout or want to work out with a personal trainer, Rich and his staff can help. Jennifer Brand, Personal Trainer
Jennifer is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and received a Bachelors of Science in Education with a major as an Exercise Specialist. She is Sportsmetrics-certified. She believes that when training, it is important to focus on aerobic and anaerobic exercise, as well as flexibility and balance. Each client should have an individualized program because everyone is different and has different goals. Jennifer has experience working with people of all ages, and specializes in working with youth and teen athletes |

Pauline Calabrese, Personal Trainer Pauline is skilled in program design, and individual and group training for diverse clients including special populations and those with musculoskeletal injuries. She specializes in circuit training with stability balls, bosu, medicine balls, tubs and bands and is knowledgable about nutrition, guiding clients about supplementation of micro-macronutrients, hydration and proper guidelines for healthy eating. Pauline is passionate about leading a healthy and active life and helping others achieve their fitness and nutritional goals. |

Terrance Evans, Personal Trainer
Terrance is a Sport Enhancement Specialist (NASM), Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), HFPN Coach and Sharecare Elite Trainer. He studied Ergonomics and Anthropometry at the University of Michigan and later received training at the National Joint Committee on Health Safety. Terrance also earned multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He continues to stay current on fitness trends with course work and lectures in Optimum Performance for seniors, Weight Training, Strength/Cardio, Plyometric, Virtual Fitness Training, Diet Weight Loss Fitness, TRX, Speed, Agility and Quickness Training. Terrance's determination to see people get healthy, boost performance and succeed is evident in all he does. He has an innate talent for customizing programs that address specific needs so you can break through your fitness roadblocks. |

John Gilham, Personal Trainer John graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Physical Therapy. While at BW he served as the assistant coach for the Men's and Women's Diving Teams for three years. John has a passion for health and wellness including exercise, nutrition, and rehabilitation. John's likes to work with people of all ages who have a desire to be healthy and physically fit. He has specialized knowledge of rehabilitation techniques learned through his degree program, physical therapy internship, and works well with individuals with injuries. |

Andy Isaacs, Personal Trainer
Andy Isaacs is a graduate of Ohio University and an A.C.E. certified trainer. While at OU, he made a conscious effort to improve the lifestyles of everyone he came in contact with. As an active member of the OU Hillel, he set-up "Andy's Jewish Gym" where members of the campus could learn more about fitness. Adam Levine, Personal Trainer Adam Levine graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. During his time at BGSU he became the Student Supervisor of Personal Training at the Student Recreation Center and taught Aqua Fit group exercise class. His passion for fitness began at an early age when he shed almost 85 lbs. In college he suffered a lower back injury, which helped him learn the finer points of the mechanics of the human spine, and sparked an interested in low-impact activities. Adam's specialties include functional core training, aquatic exercise, and accelerated training techniques. It is his philosophy that being fit will improve your quality of life — in the end it's not about where you are, it's about how far you've come. |

Emily Oldiges, Personal Trainer Emily gained her passion for fitness, training and health during her own 95-pound weight loss journey. After becoming a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), Emily made it her calling to encourage people to take the first (or continued) steps necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness into their daily routine. She aims to motivate and teach her clients to keep moving forward through any challenges, setbacks or plateaus. Emily also holds a Bachelor degree, TRX Suspension Training and Partner-assisted Stretch certifications. For each client, Emily customizes an individual, fun-filled, functional-based and goal oriented program. She trains individuals and groups, from teens to seniors. She looks forward to sharing her expertise and enthusiasm for fitness, health and wellness with you! |

Chelsea Rogen, Personal Trainer
Chelsea is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in Health and Exercise Science. While at Syracuse, she gained considerable knowledge and experience while working in their exercise science research lab. She worked with hypertensive adults in a program lasting several months involving aerobic vs resistance exercise. Chelsea is also a highly qualified tennis instructor and has taught tennis lessons to young children, adolescents, adults, and seniors for the past 6 years. She is looking forward to teaching again this summer when the new and improved JCC tennis courts open. Chelsea believes that exercise and fitness are a fundamental part of leading a healthy life, and that it is important to find something you enjoy to keep you active. She helps her clients find activities that lead them to their goals while having fun at the same time! She is able to work with all different age groups, and has experience working with individuals with special needs. |

Travis Rogen, Personal Trainer
Travis is a graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science and Pre Physical therapy. While at Syracuse he coached high school and collegiate athletes in strength in motion. Travis has worked with physical therapists at the Institute for Human Performance and aided in the rehabilitation of patients utilizing strength and resistance exercises. Travis, a long distance runner, has run 5K, 10K, half-marathons and seven marathon races. He has implemented training programs for runners applying his knowledge of the energy systems utilized during the training phases. |

Ryan Schmidt, Personal Trainer Originally from Decatur, Indiana, Ryan joined the Mandel JCC Personal Training staff in November, 2010. He is anxious to put his skills to work to help everyone reach their fitness goals. Ryan graduated from Northern Kentucky University in May, 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Recreation Fitness and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sports Science. In his internship with NKU Strength and Conditioning, he learned how to perform sports specific and functional exercises for the entire body. Ryan enjoys working with children, seniors, and adults. |

Paula Sieger, Personal Trainer
Paula Sieger has a personal training certificate from ACE, The American Council on Exercise. She pursued certification in fitness after training for many years with a wonderful trainer herself and realizing she no longer needed a teacher, she was ready to be one. As the mother of three, she understands the difficulty of fitting in daily exercise. She also has a love of cooking and enjoys trying out new healthy recipes. Her clients enjoy the variety Paula puts into their workouts. She helps them reach their fitness goals though her dynamic results oriented training. |
