Jennifer Brand
Jennifer is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and received a Bachelors of Science in Education with a major as an Exercise Specialist. She is Sportsmetrics-certified. She believes that when training, it is important to focus on aerobic and anaerobic exercise, as well as flexibility and balance. Each client should have an individualized program because everyone is different and has different goals. Jennifer has experience working with people of all ages, and specializes in working with youth and teen athletes |

Terrance Evans
Terrance is a Sport Enhancement Specialist (NASM) and Certified Personal Trainer (NASM). He studied Ergonomics and Anthropometry at the University of Michigan and later received training at the National Joint Committee on Health Safety. Terrance also earned duel certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He continues to stay current on fitness trends with course work and lectures in Optimum Performance for seniors, Weight Training, Strength/Cardio, Plyometrics, Diet Weight Loss Fitness, Speed, Agility and Quickness Training. Terrance's determination to see people get healthy, boost performance and succeed is evident in all he does. He has an innate talent for customizing programs that address specific needs so you can break through your fitness roadblocks. |

Danette Lane
Danette comes to us from Chicago. She has an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certification in personal training, a Bachelor of Science degree of the University of Illinois, and a Fitness Instructor Training certificate from McHenry County College. Danette is a marathon runner, with three Boston Marathons to her name, as well as several others. Her first marathon was run at age 40. Danette has served as a marathon group leader for the Chicago Area Running Association and is an active member of both the Northeast and Southeast Running Clubs here in Ohio. Whatever your goals may be, from weight loss to sports performance enhancement, Danette is passionate about helping others succeed. |

Andy Isaacs is a graduate of Ohio University and an A.C.E. certified trainer. While at OU, he made a conscious effort to improve the lifestyles of everyone he came in contact with. As an active member of the OU Hillel, he set-up "Andy's Jewish Gym" where members of the campus could learn more about fitness. Emily Oldiges Emily is a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute. She also holds a BFA in Visual Communications/Graphic Design. She gained her love of fitness, training and health during her own journey losing 80 pounds. She now feels that it is her calling to encourage people to take those first or continued steps necessary to lead long and healthy lives. For each client, Emily customizes an individual, fun-filled, functional-based and results- driven program. She is skilled in training both individuals and groups who range in age from children, teens and adults to the senior population. She also has knowledge in special need groups such as pregnant women, diabetics and people with limited mobility. Emily looks forward to sharing her expertise, unconditional support and sincere enthusiasm for fitness, health and overall wellness with you. Together we can reach your goals! |

Jeff Osimitz
Jeff earned a bachelor's degree in sports administration from Ohio University and is an A.C.E certified trainer. In high school he was team captain and a state champion in hockey. At Ohio University he was head coach of two youth hockey teams. Jeff's area of expertise is primarily in circuit training methods which provide a fun, fast paced, and dynamic work out. He specializes in speed, agility, quickness, balance, and strength and conditioning. If you are looking to lose weight, get in shape, or gain a competitive edge over your competition, Jeff is the man for the job. He works with youth, adults, and seniors, and can maximize a program to fit your individual needs. |

Chelsea Rogen
Chelsea is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in Health and Exercise Science. While at Syracuse, she gained considerable knowledge and experience while working in their exercise science research lab. She worked with hypertensive adults in a program lasting several months involving aerobic vs resistance exercise. Chelsea is also a highly qualified tennis instructor and has taught tennis lessons to young children, adolescents, adults, and seniors for the past 6 years. She is looking forward to teaching again this summer when the new and improved JCC tennis courts open. Chelsea believes that exercise and fitness are a fundamental part of leading a healthy life, and that it is important to find something you enjoy to keep you active. She helps her clients find activities that lead them to their goals while having fun at the same time! She is able to work with all different age groups, and has experience working with individuals with special needs. |

Travis Rogen
Travis is a graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science and Pre Physical therapy. While at Syracuse he coached high school and collegiate athletes in strength in motion. Travis has worked with physical therapists at the Institute for Human Performance and aided in the rehabilitation of patients utilizing strength and resistance exercises. Travis, a long distance runner, has run 5K, 10K, half-marathons and seven marathon races. He has implemented training programs for runners applying his knowledge of the energy systems utilized during the training phases. |

Paula Sieger
Paula Sieger has a personal training certificate from ACE, The American Council on Exercise. She pursued certification in fitness after training for many years with a wonderful trainer herself and realizing she no longer needed a teacher, she was ready to be one. As the mother of three, she understands the difficulty of fitting in daily exercise. She also has a love of cooking and enjoys trying out new healthy recipes. Her clients enjoy the variety Paula puts into their workouts. She helps them reach their fitness goals though her dynamic results oriented training. |
