The class combines 30 second drills (squats, push-ups, burpees, etc.) with 20 seconds of active recovery. Upper and lower body strength training, core work, and stretching are also included in this one-hour class sure to be the best workout you’ll have all week! Led by one of the area’s most dynamic and talented instructors, Nicole Jones.
