Girls on the Run & Keep on Track!


Girls on the Run is a transformational learning program for girls in grades 3-8.  We teach life skills through dynamic, conversation-based lessons and running games. The program culminates with the girls being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5k running event. The goal of the program is to unleash confidence through accomplishment while establishing a lifetime appreciation of health and fitness.

Join us for our next Girls on the Run session:

Grades 3-5 - FILLING QUICKLY!
When: Mondays & Thursdays • 5:30 - 6:30 pm
March 5 - May 19

Grades 6-8 - SPACE STILL AVAILABLE!
When: Wednesdays & Sundays • 5-6 pm
March 6 - May 19

In this self-esteem fitness program girls: 

  • Discover the benefits of consistent physical exercise and good nutrition
  • Learn the advantage of positive peer support
  • Learn to stand up for herself in a healthy manner
  • Improve her body image and strengthen her sense of identity
  • Prepare to participate in a 5K run/walk event

Each 10 - week session includes:

  • An innovative, nationally-successful curriculum
  • Warm-ups, running/walking workout and games
  • Relevant topics designed specially for pre-teen girls
  • Two one-hour sessions each week
  • Healthy treats and snacks after every lesson
