The Mandel JCC's state-of-the-art Fitness, Wellness and Recreation Department offers a comprehensive approach to fitness. The J's Beachwood Fitness Center is centrally located minutes from I-271 and Chagrin Boulevard in Beachwood. It is convenient to Shaker Heights, Pepper Pike, Cleveland Heights, University Heights, South Euclid, Lyndhurst and Solon.

Fitness Center

Our Beachwood fitness center has over 60,000 square feet devoted with more than $80,000 in NEW cardio equipment, state-of-the-art strength training machines and free weights.

Aquatics

Our Beachwood swimming facilities includes a newly-renovated full-size indoor pool with 2 large coed whirlpools, brand new outdoor pool and spray ground plus a variety of water exercise classes, infant swim classes and pool personal training. 

Personal Training

The Mandel JCC's staff of over 10 certified personal trainers will help customize a personal training plans that meets needs your fitness needs and goals.

Wellness

Get a massage, manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing or relax and unwind in our sauna, steam rooms and indoor whirlpools.

Sports Leagues & Clinics

The Mandel JCC offers a variety of leagues and clinics for adults and youth including tennis, softball and basketball.

Fitness Classes

You'll find over 65 free Beachwood fitness classes in newly renovated studios. We offer:

Basketball & Gymnasium

The Mandel JCC offers basketball leagues for adults and youth leagues sponsored by The National Basketball Academy, all on our newly expanded courts.

Indoor Track

Our expanded indoor track is air tempered control so you feel comfortable on hot summer days.

Racquetball Courts

The Mandel JCC offers two newly-renovated indoor racquetball courts.

Outdoor Recreation

The Mandel JCC offers outdoor basketball lessons through The National Basketball Academy and group tennis lessons through Force Sports. Our courts feature the patened Flex Court Surface, which reduces playing fatigue and enhances
performance. 

Youth Fitness

Your kids will stay fit and have fun in our Youth Fitness area, Yoga Kids classes, soccer, tennis, karate classes and Girls on The Run program.
