Pilates Mat (free with membership) - Stretching and flexibility are key to staying fit! Increase your core strength and flexibility with the traditional Pilates moves. All levels are welcome and modifications are offered.
Pilates Reformer Classes (fee based) - Our experienced and certified Pilates trainers lead private and semi-private classes on the Pilates Reformer machine. With its sophisticated system of springs, straps and pulleys, more than 100 exercises can be performed on this versatile apparatus. The Reformer's adjustable springs allow for progressive resistance, which helps to lengthen and strengthen the muscles rather than building bulk.
